INCIDENT NAME: Santiago Incident
LOCATION: Originated at Santiago Canyon and Silverado Canyon (Thomas Brothers page 832 A2). Burned through Hicks Canyon toward Jeffery and Portola, now wind-driven in a south-westerly direction.
CONDITIONS ON ARRIVAL: 20-30 acres
CONTAINMENT: 5% at the time of this report
CONTROL: Not at this time
PRELIMINARY CAUSE: Unknown
