    Larry Cohn pulls papers for OUSD race

    Orange Unified Legislative Coalition Chair Larry Cohn pulled papers for the OUSD race in Trustee Area 4 currently held by Trustee Kathy Moffat. Two more potential candidates have pulled papers in the Orange City Council Race: Christian Vaughn and Chapman University student Kahan Chandrani.
