Fire Closures at OUSD
Orange USD School Closures
Orange, CA – October 9, 2017 -5:23 pm - The Orange Unified School District will close the following schools tomorrow October 10, 2017 due to the Canyon Fire 2:
Anaheim Hills Elementary
Running Springs Elementary
Canyon Rim Elementary
Chapman Hills Elementary
Linda Vista Elementary
Panorama Elementary
Santiago Charter School
El Rancho Charter School
Running Springs Elementary
Canyon Rim Elementary
Chapman Hills Elementary
Linda Vista Elementary
Panorama Elementary
Santiago Charter School
El Rancho Charter School
El Modena High School will also be closed to students and staff.
The OC Sheriff and Orange Police Department Incident Command Center and Red Cross Evacuation Center are located at El Modena. The District staff continues to monitor the Canyon Fire 2 situation carefully and further updates will be provided when available.
The Orange Unified School District is committed to student safety and is working closely with police and fire in Anaheim Hills and Orange.
